Very poor service, had to call the house keeping to get us spoons to make a cup of coffee, the breakfast was nothing much to talk about , again no cutlery at the table
I recommend you check the bathroom before you occupy there is mould on the edges of the shower areas, really not at all hygiene , and you pay the big buck here .

The serenity of the Le Meridien is astonishing. From the welcome, to the comfort and services provided were excellent. Of particular mention were the dedicated staff Rex, Leah and Shea who went beyond and above to ensure our stay was perfect. I sincerely appreciate you. Had a wonderful staycation at the hotel. I came to look at the venue for my upcoming 40th. Arrived 3 hours early and the Manager Cindy was very kind to book me in early and give me a complementary coffee voucher. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a bathtub and terrace. Looking forwarded to come back in the summer to use the pools.

It is the first time in the 7 years in China that I have received such excellent service and warm treatment at Le Meridien. Cindy and Luna and the young concierge know how to take care of guests. Cindy and Luna made arrangements for my wife who was arriving late without me saying a word. They also automatically gave us a room upgrade and welcomed up to Marriot Bonvoy rewards program. Connected with us on instant messaging for easy communication during our stay. Ms Liu slipped me some Latte vouchers. Breakfast was yummy. Le Meridien West Coast has every amenity. Location and facilities were fantastic. This hotel is good for the family to relax during their holidays. Duty manager Cindy did great job for us and she reminded us of our dinner tickets and kindly checked our belongs proactively. Surely we will visit again and hope they can provide more kinds of foods on dinner buffets.

酒店环境特别好，在大堂就可以看到海，这次预定的是海景套房，感谢前台Caroline的推荐加了点费用换了探索海景套房，景色真的太棒了，面积有很大，这个时间客人住的比较少，所以比较安静惬意，周边用餐也很方便，最后再次感谢前台Caroline的管家式服务，细心又贴心，下次有机会来青岛的话一定会再次选择艾美酒店。

每一次来黄岛都会入住隆和艾美酒店，感觉都非常棒！ 这次的更是碰上了接待我们的Cindy，服务非常好！ 给我这次旅行增加了一丝亮色。这家酒店没有想象中奢华，比较低调和内敛，但是感觉很好，绿树掩映，背山靠海，处处是景，漫步其中，没有压抑和局促。房间设计多样，各有特色，人文环境很好，看得出来酒店的管理和服务很到位和专业。下次还会选择这里！

来之前对隆和艾美酒店期望一般，来了发现房间的整体质量还是高于期望值的。海景房性价比很高，推荐大家一定要选海景。服务质量很高，工作人员都很热情。餐饮和其他配套也符合海景度假酒店的标准。当日离店后接到Cindy小姐姐的电话也很暖心，总的来说，值得入住！

虽然是疫情期间，依然得到了很好的照顾从入住就感受到了热情，房间的配备也全都井井有条，特殊时期也最大限度满足客户的需求。
从这些细微的地方也感觉到了酒店的服务。
酒店景色很美，客房干净整洁，总体非常满意，下次来青岛的首选。

酒店的蓝色灯光很有大海的感觉，整体设计就是艾美的风格，环境没得说，去海边非常方便，一直有晨跑的习惯，海边有跑道非常方便，晨跑完回来吃了早餐非常惬意，一整天可以躺在房间里面看海发呆，非常的放松，在这里要特别谢谢Eva小姐姐的照顾，专业贴心，夏季会带家人过来的
